The Briefing

Before we begin.

This is not another group chat. It’s where the plan, the paperwork, the decisions and the damage are kept together. This is the official version of events.

01 · The situation

The group chat is for opinions.

Flights are in one message. The hotel confirmation is buried somewhere above a questionable video. Three people think they have paid and one definitely has not.

Then somebody asks which hotel was agreed, whether the transfer was booked and what time everyone is actually meeting.

The group chat is useful. It is not a plan.

02 · The arrangement

Everything in its proper place.

Flights. Hotels. Transfers. Booking documents. Shared costs. Who paid. Who hasn’t.

Polls keep decisions out of endless debate. Crew messages keep the useful instructions visible. Payment tracking shows what is still outstanding and Full Trip helps with the chasing.

One private place for the things everyone needs and nobody can ever find.

The group chat remains available for insults, excuses and badly cropped screenshots.

03 · The rules

The first rule of the boys trip…

You don’t tell anyone outside the group about the boys trip.

The second rule?

Refer to rule one.

Invite onlyNo invitation. No entry. Nothing personal.
No snitchingThe official version is the only version.
No nonsenseSome nonsense. Obviously. Just keep the important things straight.
04 · Why this exists

Somebody always ends up in charge.

It always starts the same way:

“Boys, I’ve got an idea. Who’s in?”

Five minutes later, you’re chasing flight numbers, deposits, passports and one man who has gone strangely quiet since payment was mentioned.

The Boys Trip Guide keeps the organiser in control without making him spend the next three months repeating himself. Full Trip brings Coach and the lads into the operation for reminders, nudges and the moments when diplomacy has stopped working.

This was built for that man.

Not the quiet one.

The other one.

05 · The evidence

And then there is what happened.

The trip does not finish when everyone checks out. Full Trip gives the crew shared photo and video uploads, the Official Version and the Hidden Gallery.

The useful record, the questionable evidence and the things that absolutely did not happen can all live with the trip instead of disappearing into six different camera rolls.

Before, during and after. One trip. One place.

Briefing complete.

You know what this is. More importantly, you know why you are here.

Right. Let’s get this sorted. →
