Every trip needs somebody sensible keeping an eye on things.
These were the available options.
Coach runs the room. Freddy finds what’s missing. Mickey follows up when subtlety has failed. Charlie keeps morale dangerously high.
They are part of Full Trip’s communications system — reminders, nudges, countdowns and organiser messages delivered with the appropriate amount of encouragement.
Choose your man, or leave it to Coach. He’ll send the right lad when the situation requires it.
01 · The Boss
Nobody appointed him. That would suggest there was a discussion.
Coach keeps the plan moving, the dates straight and the excuses brief. Leave him in charge and he’ll handle the important business—sending in one of the lads when diplomacy has run its course.
“Gentlemen, the deposit is due Friday. Let’s avoid making this a conversation.”
02 · Details Department
Precise, practical and already aware of the thing you’ve forgotten. Best deployed when information is missing, deadlines are approaching or the plan has acquired loose ends.
“Two payments outstanding. One passport missing. I’ve made a list.”
03 · Gentle Persuasion
Introduced when polite reminders have been repeatedly and creatively ignored. Particularly useful when money is outstanding and everyone has suddenly developed poor reception.
“You’ve seen the message. You know what you owe. Let’s keep this friendly.”
04 · Morale Officer
Cheeky, optimistic and never knowingly discouraged by a questionable idea. Useful for countdowns, lighter prompts and reminding everyone that the trip is supposed to be enjoyable.
“Three passports confirmed. One man remains mysteriously undocumented. Magnificent.”
Recommended
Coach handles the important business and sends one of his boys when timing, tone or repeated incompetence calls for specialist attention. The organiser stays in control; the lads help with the chasing.
